December Daily Diary

At last I completed the diary. Now to start with the daily entries. Oh dear I am so far behind but I have been making notes and taking photos so hopefully I can catch up quickly. Did not follow any prompts, just my own journal of day to day happenings in December.

Made some decorations using clear baubles. Printed pictures onto transparency, removed the tinsel that was in the bauble and then placed the transparency picture into the bauble. Would still like to add some rub-ons to the outside of the baubles.

Holidays have begun

Today is the first day of the school holidays. Have just finished putting up the Christmas tree and a few other decorations. Now the panic sets in as I realise just how little time is left to get all the shopping done.

Starting to feel like Christmas

Made this little gift box. Saw this idea on Becky Oehler's blog. The poinsettia idea I saw on Francine Clouden's blog. Put this together pretty quickly. Not yet sure what I'm going to put in it. Thinking of making a few and using them as place settings on the Christmas dinner table. Each person can have their own little gift box with ??? inside. Any suggestions?

I just love these angels that I bought at a craft market last week. They matched the colours of my countdown calendar so well, I had to have them. This makes a pretty display in my lounge.
