CFC #72 - Toot Your Own Horn

This week's challenge at CAS-ual Fridays is to create a project inspired by your blog header.

I used a pumpkin on last week's card so I decided to use the colours from my blog header as this week's inspiration.

PTI Blog Hop - Fabric and Felt Wrap Challenge

I made a Christmas gift bag using non-traditional colours as I used bits and pieces that I had lying around.
I used the Favor It 3 die to cut my bag from dark brown felt. I then used fabric glue to assemble it. Just had to decorate the little bag with a poinsettia...love, love poinsettias. Made a tag using Little Labels to finish it off.

CFC #71 - Autumn

This week's challenge at CAS-ual Fridays is to create a CAS project inspired by Autumn.


So glad I could use my favourite pumpkin stamp from Hero Arts for this card.
Although we are in Spring mode in this part of the world, it's always easy to be inspired by Autumn. I love Fall colours and it just happens to be my favourite season.

CFC #69 and Retro Sketches #28

This week's challenge at CAS-ual Fridays is to create a CAS project using embossing. Dry, heat or a combination of the two. I chose to use a combination of both. I used a 'pinstripe' embossing folder for the embossing on the side panel and I heat embossed the sentiment.
I really love this week's sketch at Retro Sketches and so I decided to join in the fun here too!
My card was totally inspired by the card on this post by Maile Belles.
