WMS Pyjama Party - August 2013

I tried my hand at a few of the challenges with this card:

Tie a knot in it - I used the baker's twine
Get Naughty - The whole theme of this card is nautical
Golden Oldies - Most of my WMS stamps I got when this this wonderful company first started up

I used stamps from three different sets on my card. The background stripes were made using the plaid stamp from Off Beat Backgrounds. The label was embossed with a frame stamp from Very Vintage Labels No.5. The sentiment comes from Fancy Phrases.

PTI Blog Hop - August 2013

This month's challenge is called the "Fast Food Color and Sketch Inspiration Challenge"  You have to pick a colour and sketch combo that appeal to you and then create your project. I flipped the sketch for my card.

A Christmas Card

Combining some challenges again with this card. My favourite holiday is definitely Christmas, so the code word from Addicted to CAS got me thinking of the festive season straight away and I used this week's sketch from CASe this Sketch.

Curtain Call and Dynamic Duos

Thank goodness for all the wonderful challenge blogs. They really help keep the inspiration going. I used the Carnival theme from Curtain Call and the colours from Dynamic Duos on this card.
As it is a birthday card I'm also entering it in the Seize the Birthday challenge.

Birthday wishes

Today's card was inspired by the colours from the Dynamic Duos challenge, the sketch from Clean and Simple and this card from Nichol Magouirk.

Blackboard inspired

Once again I have made a card inspired by three challenges:
CASual Fridays #111, the use of a button
Fusion #15, where I used the photo and the sketch
CASology #56, I stamped the cupcake as my dessert.

RIC #41

This is the first time I am playing along in the Runway Inspired Challenge. I used WMS "Say it with Style" stamp set on this card. The scrolly font and images seemed to go with the ruffles on the dress.

One card...Three challenges

Using inspiration from three different challenges gave me the layout, the colours and the embellishments for this card. So this card came together quite quickly which is somewhat unusual for me. I am entering this card into the following challenges:
