CR84FN #33 and CARDS Challenges

Such beautiful colours to play with this week for the colour challenge.
I am also playing along with the CARDS challenge this week which is to make a card with an accordion paper flower... just happens to be one of my favourite embellishments.

    I love that award ribbon effect. How did you make that bottom ribbon under the accordian folded medallion? An absolutely fantastic card.
