Made the card for MIM #34. The little truck is my thick chipboard accent.
The matching tag is for the challenge on A Passion for Papertrey blog. Ran out of time so unfortunately the truck on the tag is just popped up with pop dots.
What a super cute card and tag! Love the use of polka dot DP for your background circle and sweet addition of the gems as lights - adds to the fun feel perfectly! :)
